Mombasa City Tours
Mombasa is the old harbour city on the Kenyan coast. A city tour takes Fort Jesus and the lanes of Old Town, with Mama Ngina Waterfront when the morning still has time. A full day adds Haller Park in Bamburi. The same desk also books Diani, Watamu, Malindi, Lamu, and Zanzibar, safaris to Tsavo and the other Kenya parks, and villas, hotels, resorts, and furnished apartments. Tours are private. The guide, the vehicle, and the stay are quoted on WhatsApp.
Which to book
Mombasa City Tours names one trip for the time you have. The fort, a reef boat, and a Tsavo safari are not one day.
| If you have | Book this | Why |
|---|---|---|
| One morning, about 4 hours | Half-day city tour | Fort Jesus and Old Town. Haller Park does not fit. |
| One full day, about 8 hours | Full-day city tour | Fort Jesus and Old Town in the morning, Haller Park after. |
| A reef day | Mombasa Marine Park | The boat and the Kenya Wildlife Service ticket need their own day. |
| Children who will not manage fort walls | Haller Park | A walk among trees and giraffes in Bamburi, not a rampart. |
| A cruise ship with a hard all-aboard time | Cruise-ship day | The day is planned backward from all-aboard. The half day is the usual fit. |
| A south-coast beach | Diani | About 40 km, around 50 minutes when the Likoni ferry queue is short. |
| A north-coast beach beyond Nyali | Watamu or Malindi | Watamu is about 2 to 3 hours. Malindi is about 2.5 hours. |
| The closest large safari | Tsavo East | About 3 to 4 hours to the Voi side. Not the same day as Fort Jesus. |
| Tsavo West or Amboseli | Tsavo West or Amboseli | Overnight. Tsavo West is about 4 to 5 hours. Amboseli is about 7 to 8 hours. |
| A place to sleep | Villas, hotels, resorts, or apartments | A separate quote from the vehicle. The rate depends on the dates. |
Island tours
Fort Jesus opens at 8:30. A half day is about 4 hours from pickup to drop-off. Haller Park does not fit in that morning.
North coast and reef
Nyali and Bamburi are across the Nyali Bridge. The marine park needs a boat and a Kenya Wildlife Service ticket, so it is booked as its own day.
Private days and pickup
Every vehicle is private. A cruise day is planned backward from all-aboard. Send the ship name or the flight number with the date.

How long is the tour?
