Private Mombasa tour
Every tour on this site is private. The vehicle is not shared with another booking. You agree the stops before pickup: a half day on the island, a full day with Haller Park, a north-coast day, or a marine park day.
What private means here
Private means the guide and vehicle are hired for your party. It does not mean a blank cheque to add three extra stops on the day. The route is written in the WhatsApp chat: names of places, start time, and the all-aboard or flight time if you have one. A change on the day is possible only when the clock and the tickets still work.
There is no morning truck that sells single seats. If two families want to share, they book as one party and the quote uses that head count. Children count toward the vehicle, and their ages matter for Fort Jesus, Haller Park, and KWS tickets.
How to ask
Send the date, pickup, number of adults, ages of children, fee category, and the route you want. The booking page lists the same fields. The reply is the service price. Tickets stay on the prices page.

Are the tours shared?
No. The vehicle is for your party. Two families can book together as one party.
Can we choose the stops?
Yes. Agree them before pickup. A half day holds the fort and Old Town. A full day can add Haller Park. The reef is its own day.
When is the price fixed?
When the WhatsApp reply names the date, the route, and the service amount.
